These T&C are collectively an electronic record in terms of the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Information Technology Act, 2000, the rules made thereunder; and the amended provisions pertaining to the electronic records in various other statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. By accessing or utilizing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Luppiter Tech Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd, herein referred to as the "Company," "we," "us," or "our." Please carefully review these Terms before proceeding with your use of the Platform. Should you disagree with any aspect of these Terms, kindly refrain from accessing or using the Platform. The Company may, at its sole discretion, change, modify, or amend the T&C at any time to comply with legal or regulatory requirements or for other legitimate business purposes. Updated T&C will be posted at website address. Users are responsible for reviewing the T&C on the website, platform, or app, and are encouraged to check them frequently. The Company is not obligated to notify users of any changes. Continued use of the Platform, Content, and/or Services after updates are posted indicates acceptance of the new T&C. 1. Application:

The Mytionery is a comprehensive digital solution designed for individuals and businesses that require seamless management of their stationary needs. This innovative application serves as a virtual hub for organizing, purchasing, and tracking stationary supplies, making it ideal for office environments, educational institutions, and personal use.


Users are required to pay the subscription fees as specified on the Platform to access certain Services. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. All payments shall be processed through a third-party payment gateway. By subscribing to the Services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment gateway provider. The Company shall not be liable for any issues, errors, or losses arising from payment transactions processed through the payment gateway. Any disputes or concerns regarding payment processing must be addressed directly with the payment gateway provider. The Company reserves the right to modify the subscription fees at any time. Any fee changes will be communicated to users in advance and will apply to subsequent subscription periods. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may suspend or terminate your subscription and access to the Services until payment is received. All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities. You are responsible for paying any such taxes applicable to your use of the Services. In case of non- compliance with any applicable laws, rules or regulations, or the Agreement (including the Privacy Policy) by a User, we shall have the right to immediately terminate your access or usage rights to the Platform and Services and to remove non-compliant information from the Platform. We may disclose or transfer User-generated information to our affiliates or governmental authorities in such manner as permitted or required by applicable law, and you hereby consent to such transfer by us.

4. Rights and Obligations of Users

As a User, you possess certain rights and obligations:

  • Accessing and utilizing the Platform in strict adherence to these Terms is your prerogative.
  • Safeguarding your account credentials and reporting any unauthorized account usage are obligations you must fulfil.

All comments, feedback, reviews, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions ("Comments") provided to the Company via the Platform or related to its use will become the Company's property. The Company is not obligated to keep Comments confidential, compensate the user, or respond to them.

Users are responsible for their Comments' content and must not transmit materials that could disrupt the Platform's functionality.

Users and their representatives are prohibited from making defamatory statements about the Company, its employees, clients, operations, or services. Violations may result in compensation claims and legal action from the Company, including civil and/or criminal proceedings for defamation.

Any alteration or commercial use of the material on the Platform violates the intellectual property rights of the Company and its affiliates or third-party providers. 6. Granting of Platform License

Subject to your adherence with these T&C, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the Applications on your personal device and to access any content, information, and related materials available through the Services, solely for your personal use of the Services. The Company and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted in these T&C. You agree not to use, copy, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, license, sell, transfer, publicly display, perform, transmit, stream, broadcast, or otherwise exploit the Platform and Services, except as explicitly allowed by these T&C. 8. Indemnification Agreement

Users are obligated to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, and their employees, contractors, directors, suppliers, and representatives from any liabilities, losses, claims, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use or misuse of the Services and Platform, your violation of the T&C, or any applicable laws, contracts, policies, or regulations. The Company may terminate your use of the Platform or any Service at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms and Conditions (T&C). The Company has the right, but not the obligation, to refuse access to the Platform. Except for the rights and licenses granted in these T&C, all other rights are reserved and no additional rights or licenses are granted, implied or otherwise. If your account is temporarily or indefinitely suspended or terminated, you may not continue to use the Platform with the same account, a different account, or by re-registering under a new account. Upon termination of an account for any of the reasons mentioned, you will no longer have access to any data, messages, or other material you have stored on the Platform. You may terminate these T&C at any time for any reason. Obligations and liabilities incurred by the parties prior to the termination date will survive the termination of these T&C. These T&C will remain in effect until either you or the Company terminates them. If you fail, or if we suspect you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these T&C, we may terminate this agreement without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

10. AWS Server

We utilize Amazon Web Services ("AWS") servers for the management and handling of data. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Platform may involve the storage and processing of your data on AWS servers, and you consent to such storage and processing. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data stored on AWS servers, but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Data Privacy

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your data. "Data" refers to any information collected from or about you, including but not limited to your name, vehicle number or identification number, license number, contact details, and any other information provided by you or collected through your use of the Platform. We do not use cookies for tracking or any other purposes. However, by using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Our Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our Privacy Policy.

12. Access Permissions

The Platform may require access to certain features of your device, including but not limited to your location, camera, and picture/gallery. By using the Platform, you grant us permission to access and use these features for the sole purpose of providing the Services to you. We use your location information to provide you with accurate tire pressure data based on your location. We may use your camera and picture/gallery access to enable certain features of the Platform, such as capturing images of your vehicle's tire pressure readings.

13. Sharing of Data

We will only share your data within the Company and with third parties who are involved in providing the Services to you. This may include Company personnel, riders who will deliver the products. Your data will only be shared to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services and will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These T&C and any separate agreements under which we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai, India. In case of any dispute or difference between the User and the Company regarding the interpretation of these T&C, or any claims or disputes arising from these T&C, the matter shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, and the courts of Mumbai shall have sole jurisdiction over the matter and its enforcement.

15. Refund/Return Policy

At Mytionery, we strive to ensure that our customers have a seamless and transparent shopping experience. To maintain the highest quality standards and minimize discrepancies, we implement an Open Box Delivery system. Please carefully review our Refund and Return Policy outlined below:

  • A. Verification at Store:
    • Before dispatch, all items in your order will be carefully verified and packed in your presence (if applicable) or under strict quality checks at our store.
    • A detailed invoice and packaging confirmation will be recorded.
  • B. Open Box Delivery Process:
    • Upon delivery, the delivery executive will present the package to you for inspection.
    • You are required to verify the contents of the package in the presence of the delivery executive.
    • If the items match the order, are undamaged, and meet your expectations, you will provide the OTP shared with you at the time of purchase to the delivery executive. This will close the order.
  • C. Discrepancy Handling:
    • If you notice any discrepancy (e.g., missing items, incorrect products, or damage), you must notify the delivery executive immediately.
    • The delivery executive will record the issue, and the package will be returned to the store for resolution.
    • A replacement or refund will be initiated after a thorough review of the reported issue.
  • D. Post-Closure Returns and Refunds:
    • Once the order is closed by providing the OTP, no refund, return, or exchange will be entertained unless the product is defective or falls under our warranty/returnable product category.
    • Requests for post-closure returns must be made within [insert timeline, e.g., 7 days] of delivery with valid proof of defect or issue.
  • E. Exceptions:
    • Certain products, such as customized, perishable, or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or refund. Please refer to the product listing for specific exclusions.
  • F. Customer Responsibility:
    • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the items at the time of delivery thoroughly. Mytionery will not entertain claims for issues that could have been identified during the open box inspection process but were not reported.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Services.

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates or changes.

The Company shall revert to every complaint at the earliest upon receipt of the complaint during the business days. Further, the Company shall take the best possible efforts to redress the complaint within 7 days of receipt of the complaint. Any suggestions by the Company regarding the use of the Services shall not be construed as a warranty. The User agrees and acknowledges that the Company shall address and attempt to resolve the complaint received in accordance with the standard policies and procedures adopted by the Company, the User’s disapproval/discontent with the outcome/mode of redressal shall not be deemed to mean non-redressal of the complaint by the Company. Any suggestions by the Company regarding the use of the Service shall not be construed as a warranty. Please note that for the purpose of validation, you shall be required to provide information (including, but not limited to contact number or registered mobile number, etc.) for the purpose of validation and taking your service request.


You agree that we may contact you through telephone, email, SMS, Whats app or any other means of communication for the purpose of obtaining feedback in relation to Platform or our Services; obtaining feedback in relation to any other Users listed on the Platform; or resolving any complaints, information, or queries by other Users regarding your critical Content. You agree to provide your fullest co-operation further to such communication by the Company. By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding our Services/Platform, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without any compensation to you and we are under no obligation to keep such feedback confidential.

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our website.

20. Content Liability

We shall not be hold responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Application/Website (‘Platform’), our services and products, along with the T&C of Use provided on the Application and the Website.


Your use of the website, application, or services in connection with the platform or products ('services'), or registrations with us through any modes or usage of any products including through SD cards, tablets or other storage/transmitting device shall signify your acceptance of this policy and your agreement to be legally bound by the same.
